This app is composed of 2 pars:
Exercises-contain the list of exercises that are used in the workouts,and they show detail which muscles are .
Workouts-contain the list of workouts.The workout tab shows the info about the workout like:for what is it like: definition,or what equipment is required for that specific workout.
When you open the workout you get a picture and simple explanation how its don’t.When clicking "Start" you enter the workout.All workouts are video followed,and there is no need to look constantly to the device there is a sound that marks the end and the beginning of the workout.
