Overview: This fictional sports story, revolves around a fiery teenager Sonia, who is a charming, happy -go- lucky, strong -willed, passionate and a very courageous girl.
While growing up, she discovers her passion for cricket and she madly falls in love with it. She pursues a dream-to play for the National team. She paves her way through to the national women cricket team at an early age of just 17. She is fortunate enough as she goes on to perform at the international level. Her bigger dream always is to keep serving the nation with pride.
She goes on to perform exceptionally well at national level in coming years – breaking & creating national records.
However, misfortune strikes when besides being part of the game played on the field, she witnesses and experiences games being played off the field by the who’s who of her cricket world, compelling her to abruptly fall out with the first love of her life ‘Cricket’. She decides to quit.
Is her falling out of love with cricket really abrupt? Will she fall in love with ” Cricket” ever again? Or is it that she never really had fallen out of love with it?
