If they lose the war against Persia, Sava and Hahq will be crucified along with the other leaders. Their women and children will be sold into slavery. But the barbarians do have one major advantage – Horses. Their horses are the biggest, fastest war horses in the known world. Whereas the majority of the huge 700,000 Persian army is on foot.

SERPENT GODDESS – Sava and his horse are chased by steppe lions and forced to take cover in a giant earthen barrow (burial kurgan). Deep in the bowels of the kurgan Sava is confronted by forces beyond this world. He stumbles upon a human sacrifice ritual and is forced to make a decision which could destroy his own people.
