On phones, combine episode list and page view into one. Switch between them with a button in the top right.
Move episode share, add to calendar and manage lists buttons to bottom of screen.
Watched up to here no longer marks unreleased episodes watched.
In debug mode, log show TheTVDB ID if it fails to update.
Do not crash on backing up if file provider has issues.
