How to utilize the Scrum Development Team Coaching Cards: As part of your daily routine as a Development Team member, I recommend you pick one card from any one of the six different accountabilities. Some cards are questions where you need to reflect upon what is asked and determine if there is a course of action that needs to take place. Some cards are considered best practices and focus on how to work with your Scrum Team to implement them.
