Bette:
All I have is Bimbo’s Bar, a mountain of debt, and my baby girl to feed. I need a blowout Christmas to save my family business and the roof over my head. The barroom Santa I hired is a big draw. He’s popular, studly, and so hot he has customers spilling all over him. So there’s the occasional jealous boyfriend or the overly friendly lap sitter, but I didn’t know he was disgruntled until he went on strike. I’m a single mother with responsibilities and I have principles, but with my mortgage defaulting Christmas Day, I have no choice but to butter up the Santa hunk.
I’m strong though, and I’ve set my standards for the life my daughter deserves. I can’t let this Santa man hurt me, even if his bedroom eyes batter down my defenses and his sexy moves wriggle their way into my heart.
Nixon:
I went to school to be a certified Santa, but I never expected I’d end up working in a bar. The hours are late and the work conditions are hazardous, especially since I’m sweating it up in a stuffed red suit and the people sitting in my lap are slurpy and sloppy.
The only saving grace is the boss lady, a headstrong hottie with a heart of gold.
I butt heads with her, but I can’t help admiring her, especially when she pushes back on my naughtiness. I’ve got tricks up my sleeve, and soon, she’s butter in my hands—until I take it too far.
Everything crashes over my head, and when I discover she could lose her bar, I pull out all stops to turn this baby around.
I fired her up once, and I can do it again, as long as she doesn’t fire me before the Christmas spirit runs out the clock.
