Alright – well, I used to call myself Mark Rogers, which was a pen name for my first book – "Eyes Up", (Check it out on Amazon.)
My writing is "cozy" themed, with happy(ish) endings – never nasty. (Neither does it involve a bed of roses for my poor protagonists.)
There are now five "Sam & Daisy"s alongside three "Con Woman"s. The "Sam & Daisy" books are light, cozy mysteries with a touch of humour mixed with generous helpings of thrills and spills. "The Con Woman" trilogy falls into the thriller genre, fast moving with the sort of heroes you love to root for.

Everyone says Aunt Claire was fine – until she died
Foul play wouldn’t have occurred to me – but I have this friend, Daisy. And… she’s a bit weird. (But don’t tell her I said that… please.) Actually, not weird exactly. More – different? Daisy’s 5′ 2" with a Barbie-doll face and an advanced black belt in judo – that kind of different.
(On second thoughts – she is weird.).
Anyway, Daisy watches a lot of crime shows on Netflix and fancies herself an amateur sleuth. As if we didn’t have enough to do, putting the hotel Aunt Claire left me back on its feet… seems like no time since we were moaning about our dead-end jobs in Edinburgh, looking desperately for a way out of the rat race. Now, here we are – in a lovely highland village, all our dreams come true… and Daisy wants to play detective. Sometimes, she drives me nuts.
