Overview: Amy Hoff spent years traveling across the United States, living out of cars and cheap motels. She was a weightlifter and street-fighter, collecting monster legends across the country. Eventually she left the USA and continued traveling around the world. She was educated in Scotland and specialized in Scottish history, literature, and folklore. She is now a folklorist and historian whose primary research interest is monsters, and a specialist in American highway legends. She has never owned more than what can fit into a backpack and a suitcase.

1. The Mother Road
Edie Starlight is a drifter. She’s been on the road for years. There’s not much she hasn’t seen. In all her time on the American highway, she’s never taken a look at Route 66. As the darkness engulfs her when she finds herself on one of the unused parts of the Mother Road, she finds out that maybe Route 66 hasn’t been decommissioned after all.
2. Dead End
Edie Starlight is getting used to her new gig as a recent recruit to The Road. Escaping the winter, she heads to the Louisiana bayou, where she gets up close and personal with a monster known as The Grunch. They really gotta start paying her for this.
