Overview: The outlaw of folklore as you’ve never seen her before.
Headstrong peasant Robyn yearns for adventure. Her father has joined The Crusades and charged off with most of the Loxley Village men under King Richard’s banner. Why couldn’t he take her along too?
Robyn’s best friend Marion has found himself stuck in Loxley as well, burdened with the job of village blacksmith. He’d love to join the crusades with his brothers and father too.
When tax collectors raid her village, Robyn can’t stand by and watch them take everything. She smuggles a bag of grain so they have something to eat through the winter. Surviving comes naturally to Robyn. Horse riding, not so much. She never meant to steal the horse, but the only way she could get it to move was to jump on its back. Then the thing went and took off, taking her with it.
Attempts to set things right only make things worse as Robyn and Marion get into deeper and deeper trouble, collecting friends and enemies along the way.
Campaign out in the Shire Wood might be fun, but winter is coming and Sheffield Castle is so warm and inviting. Would it be a crime to sneak in?
