Overview: In 1821, four friends set out on a voyage from Dover, England, to the Seychelles islands in the Indian Ocean in the pursuit of buried treasure. One of the young adventurers, William Underhill, is thrown overboard in the open sea and is left to die by his three comrades. William survives the ordeal only to be captured and held in captivity for the next three years in Africa, under the brutal ruler King Shaka Zulu. The desire for retribution keeps Underhill sane and he travels over continents and seas to get his revenge. Overcoming many obstacles, taking on a new name and disguise, William eventually arrives in the city of London and prepares his revenge.
