Overview: In recent years, many chain restaurant enterprises at Taiwan invested at China to develop more than 1000 chain restaurants. However, they are facing international competitions between small and medium sized restaurants. Those chain restaurants that they are not only to consolidating old customers but also want to find ways to develop the new customers, so, how to increase competition capability and generate new business opportunities in the competitive environments, such that allows companies continue to gain profit this is our motive of this study.
This research using data mining and emerging restaurant sense marketing information system (RSMIS) technique enhances chain restaurants marketing performance. Moreover, exploration of the indicators will affect customer satisfaction and customer repurchaseing intention to increase chain restaurants performance.
This research is applying data mining and RSMIS technologies to enhance chain restaurant performance, we through depth interview to know what kind indicators will affect chain restaurants performance, and then use these indicators to combine with theory model to design questionnaires. In this research, we are applying ANNOVA regression analysis. We expect several contributions such as: increase customer numbers, shopping frequency, chain restaurants revenue, customer loyalty and the diversity of chain restaurants brand creation.
