Main features:
1. Intellectual exercises: The app contains a variety of tasks specially designed to train different skills. You will be able to improve your math, focus, and reaction.
2. The course is customized for you: Choose a course that suits your needs and interests. Daily training will help you keep your brain active.
3. Statistics and progress tracking: Graphs, ratings, and a calendar help you track your improvement. Your achievements will be displayed on your profile.

The N-Back task:
N-Back is a well-known task used in neurophysiology and psychology research. It consists of presenting a series of images (visual, audio, or other) to a person in sequence. The task is to determine whether the presented image was encountered a certain number of positions back. For example, in the 3-Back task, the person must indicate whether the image was seen 3 positions back.

The double N-Back task involves the presentation of two series of signals simultaneously. The task is to note whether these images appeared a certain number of positions back.

Regular training in the N-Back task can significantly improve a person’s cognitive abilities, including working memory and logical thinking.

Some of the research papers that formed the basis of the app’s development:
1. Double N-Back and working memory: A study published in 2016 looked at the effects of working memory training using Double N-Back on healthy adults. Results showed no significant improvement in working memory or fluid intelligence after training.
2. Working Memory, Attention Control, and the N-Back Task: This study from 2007 questions the validity of the N-Back as a tool for measuring working memory executive function, suggesting that the N-Back and working memory tests are weakly correlated.
3. Improvement in fluid intelligence with working memory training: A 2008 publication demonstrates that working memory training can lead to improvements in fluid intelligence, and that the degree of improvement depends on the dosage of training.
4. The relationship between N-Back task performance and matrix tests: This study analyzes the mechanisms underlying the effect of transferring training to dual N-Back on improving performance on fluid intelligence tests.

What’s New:
In the latest version, we have done a good job of improving the technical quality. We improved the crash rate to 0.02% and the ANR rate to 0.07%. We also added a new exercise number 19 to train fluid intelligence.
