Project Ramadhan Cookbook by Najma Mohamed
Requirements: ePUB Reader, 6 MB
Overview: This book will introduce you to 60 delicious Ramadhan inspired recipes that are so easy to make that you can enjoy them with the whole family.
As someone who has lived in a few countries, I have slowly come to realise that the food we eat at home, the food I call our traditional food, is a hybrid of a few international cuisines. This book focuses unapologetically on bringing together most of the well-known classic dishes from the Middle Eastern, African and European cuisines.
100% of the proceeds from the sale will be donated to the people of Turkana, in Kenya, who have been experiencing extreme famine. Follow me on Instagram @sikiacooking as I keep you updated with the progress.
I would also like to thank each cook and chef who has agreed to be part of this great cause. You can contact the food bloggers through their Instagram handles – which I have attached on their respective recipes.
