1. Primal Frontier: The Hunter from the Red Hills: Ansgar Tapio is one of the few men who dares to penetrate the dinosaur-infested continent of Magna Terra. Ghosting through the misty forests and bubbling swamps he battles against hostile natives and hungry predators with nothing but a rifle and his keen wits.
But when he and his friend Jandar are chased into a mysterious mountain valley they stumble upon a mysterious city of stone. Although at first glance this strange new place appears abandoned, the two soon find that not all is as it seems and must find a way to escape the untold peril lurking within the haunted necropolis.
The Hunter from the Red Hills is the first installment of the Primal Frontier series, an alternate history setting taking place on a super-continent where ancient wildlife still rules supreme in the 1800’s as colonists from Europe seek to exploit its resources. Many other adventures and discoveries await with different characters.
2. Primal Frontier: The Stalkers in the Storm: Life on Magna Terra is hard no matter where you are. Whether it be inside of a prim city on Kasavira or a frontier town, one has to be prepared to deal with problems that arise. But sometimes no amount of preparation can save someone from big trouble.
After becoming lost in a monstrous storm, Ansgar Tapio, the hunter of dinosaurs and explorer, is chased into a cave for shelter. But as he becomes accustomed to his haven, he finds that it is far from natural. As he proceeds deeper into the cave, he travels into the heart of the mountain and discovers a secret that might cost him his life, or worse: His sanity. Can he escape the underground nightmare with his body and mind intact?
3. Primal Frontier: The Shaman of Dread: Dread has fallen over the settlement of Broken Arrow. The beasts are behaving strangely and the hostile natives are sharpening their knives. Men are being killed and homes are being mysteriously destroyed. The settlers, desperate for assistance call on Ansgar Tapio, the famous bone hunter, to find out what is happening and to stop it. Initially believing it to be frontier superstition he soon discovers that matter are far worse than he imagined. The hunter soon clashes with a mysterious shaman who is reputed to bend the animals to his will. It is up to Ansgar to slay the shaman and stop a massive territory war from erupting throughout the region.
4. Primal Frontier: The Kapar’s Mark: No problem vexes the adventurer and hunter more than the lack of a challenge. Ansgar Tapio, the dinosaur hunter eternally smitten with wanderlust, is plagued by the thought that there are no challenges left. Until he hears of an island that no white man has penetrated. Whispered to be the home of fearsome beasts, his blood thrills at the thought of meeting what is reputed to be the greatest of them all, the kapar! Rumored to be a terrestrial crocodile deadly beyond all others, that even the local hunters regard with superstitious terror, Ansgar sets out to find this beast and test himself against it.
