Overview: Peter and Melinda Read are a husband and wife creative writing team, hence the pen name, Melinda Peters. While he does most of the writing and she does most of the editing, on any given day either one might have the inspiration.
The Reads now reside in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest Virginia and find time to pursue a variety of hobbies, such as gardening, cooking, collecting, and especially reading. Appreciation of a well-written story leads quite naturally to a desire to create one of your own. They have two married children and are collecting grandchildren- four so far.
