Overview: Newburyport is a picture perfect American town. Carefully manicured lawns, friendly residents, and a rich culture and history welcome visitors and make it a great place to live. Like every small old town, Newburyport has its share of stories and mysteries.

The most haunting mystery is Pierce Tomb near Frog Pond. Strange things keep happening there. Most people dismiss any strange tales as urban legends. The tomb has also been the target of a few memorable and grisly break-ins.

In 1925 a group of local teenagers made their way into the tomb, skewered the dead bodies with sticks, made off with the burial shrouds and paraded around Frog Pond with them.

In 1985 teenagers turned the tomb into a “tavern”. The inducted the dead into their club, posing the bodies at a table and forcing beer down their throats.

In 2005, a nineteen year old snapped a skull off of one of the bodies and snapped a selfie with his head sitting on the skeleton’s shoulders.

Why is Pierce Tomb the target of local teenage antics? Most of the locals think it’s just a coincidence.

But, Victoria Salem, a Stanford history student, and local detective Anthony Perkins believe something more sinister is happening at Pierce Tomb. When the two discover the truth of the burred secrets within the vaults of Pierce Tomb, will they be able to stop the haunting?

Will the desecration continue, or will Victoria and Anthony be able to protect the dead and their secrets?
