Four months have passed since the events in book one, and things are going to change for him again, radically. Sara makes a suggestion that blows his mind and causes waves on the home front. His wonderful new life is about to be tested, and to all appearances it starts to disintegrate around him.

Two weeks had passed since The Harbinger had endangered all their lives, and he had started a relationship with both Janice and Kate, in addition to Sara. He was slowly coming around to the idea it wouldn’t all blow up in his face one day, maybe. They’ve also been busier the last week than they ever have been before.
A major crisis, a worldwide crisis strikes, and his powers to see the future are worthless. The percentage of quickening supers rises quickly, and the Earth itself seems to be in danger. They aren’t sure what they can do if anything, but they know they have to find the truth about supers if they have even a chance of fixing things. They need to discover…
