What’s New:
What’s new in Version 15.6
1. Search improvements via new preferences:
Bible: Book From changes To also. Option to not set the Book To to the same as Book From when From is changed. See the Menu then Preferences.
Notes: Results sort order for non-FTS search type (see the bottom left button):
By Book, chapter, verse (Default)
By Date – from oldest (ascending)
By Date – from newest (descending)
By Title – ascending
By Title – descending
2. Added new Bible view preference: Optimized indents (also available in the Preferences under Other Look and Feel, below the group related to paragraph). Previously indentations are automatically optimized for Poetry books (Psalms, Proverbs, Song of Songs, and Job 3-41 except 32) or chapters whose verses are all indented so that too much indentation on smartphones will not have wide left margin.
3. Alternate Title source (Preference) improvement: Psalms and Ecclesiastes titles are now excluded in the detection at first time load. Previously, if you start MySword on Psalms with a title like Psa 5, the Bible will be detected to have built-in titles so the alternate title source will no longer show up in other books. Starting at other books is fine though even when you go to Psalms.
4. In case settings.mybible file is corrupted (no such table: settings (code 1 SQLITE_ERROR)), there is now an option to revert file to fresh install state.
Bugs Fixed in Version 15.6
1. In paragraph mode for single verse poetry popup, optimize indents may outdent too much and cropped text if the first line is more indented than the next colon like in WEB Psa 2:7, 7:5, 17:14.
2. Dictionary lookup of Hebrew (Deluxe) may cause a crash if TBESH or other Hebrew dictionaries with no accent entry is present.
