2.Fires of Prophecy
Trapped within the City of Light when it fell to the Empire, James’ young friend and companion Miko was captured and is being taken as a slave into the Empire. The last thing James said to Miko before they were seperated was: "I’ll find you." Now James, with the aid of newfound allies, travels into the Empire to do just that. Posing as a caravan merchant from Cardri, he journeys from city to city in his search to rescue his friend. From the City of Light, to the slave markets of Korazan, even unto the Empire’s capital itself, James continues the hunt for Miko, unwilling to leave him to his fate.
3.Warrior Priest of Dmon-Li
When James destroyed the Iron Mines at Sorna in a mammoth volcanic eruption after rescuing Miko from his enslavement, massive tsunamis wreaked havoc all along the Empire’s coastland. This brought the attention of certain powers within the Empire to bear. Now with a warrior priest of Dmon-Li in pursuit, James must lead the others safely out of the Empire to the relative safety of the kingdom of Cardri. After a disastrous sea voyage leaves them shipwrecked on the coast of an unforgiving swamp full of cannibals and ferocious creatures, they must forge their way north in an attempt to escape the clutches of the Empire. In the Warrior Priest of Dmon-Li, James is tested to the very limits of his endurance and intelligence. With Miko and Jiron beside him, he faces incredible challenges, both in battle and in reasoning. Their very survival will depend on how well he meets these challenges.
4.Trail of the Gods
The ‘Fire’ a powerful artifact of the god Dmon-Li has fallen into James’ hands. A spirit of a former Priest of Morcyth told him he must hide it, for should the followers of Dmon-Li reacquire it, the results would be devastating for this world. James begins experimenting with magic in order to use it to aid in the hiding of the Fire. Unlocking the secrets behind the crystal he found in the swamp, he learns to harness magical energy to aid him in this endeavor. His quest for answers eventually draws James and Jiron to the enemy occupied town of Saragon, where they have been told the last High Priest of Morcyth was born. There he hopes to discover a clue as to where the last of Morcyth’s priests went after abandoning the High Temple in the City of Light. They make their way through enemy occupied Madoc to Saragon where they begin scouring the city under the very nose of the Empire!
5.The Star of Morcyth
Through the mechinations of an old enemy, James is summoned to appear before the Royal Court of Cardri. While in Cardri, Ellinwyrd the Archive Custodian aids him in deciphering the riddle discovered in the city of Saragon. Unable to bear the message himself, Ellinwyrd sends a scroll upon which is written a single word, Ironhold. The quest in search of Ironhold leads to the mountainous region in northern Madoc. There he discovers ruins built by the last priests of Morcyth when they fled annihilation by the followers of Dmon-Li, as well as a secret that has been hidden away for centuries. An old friend resurfaces from a place of darkness and new allies join to aid him on his quest. Growing in aptitude and versatility, James encounters his most challenging situations yet!
6.Shades of the Past
IT’S WAR!!! During his expedition to find the lost priests of Morcyth, James learned in part why he was brought to this world. But to accomplish what needs to be done, the City of Light must again be free of the Empire. In order for that to happen however, he will have to devise a campaign through which such could be made a reality. Once the spring thaw begins, and the passes leading into Madoc are again passable, he leads a force from The Ranch over into Madoc. Beginning at Lythylla, Madoc’s capital, he sets into motion a series of events which he believes will see the Empire driven from Madoc’s soil. A friend’s past brings unexpected allies and James stumbles upon a dark secret buried deep beneath the ground for centuries. A secret better left alone.
7.The Mists of Sorrow
The quest to find a friend whose life hangs by a thread leads James and Jiron back into the heart of the Empire. The impetus behind the hunt is not as it would seem however. For the life of their friend is but a lure used to draw James to the appointed place at the appointed time. James is ultimately maneuvered to face the power behind the Empire, a dark being whose orchestration of peoples and powers has brought the world to the brink of annihilation. He discovers that he, too, has been manipulated in furthering the dark plans of this sinister being. Can James defeat a being that has walked this world for over a millennia? Or will he face defeat and the destruction of all that he has come to hold dear?
