Monroe Doctrine Vol. I
It was called Jade Dragon…
…and it threatened to destroy the West.
Was an attack on the U.S. imminent? In a lab deep in the heart of China, a brilliant engineer had a breakthrough. It was the most powerful AI ever created. Ma Young believed the Jade Dragon could solve the world’s most dire challenges. There was just one problem… The president of China had other ideas.
Was this their chance to conquer?
The war began at the speed of light. The entire NATO alliance stood on the brink of destruction. Cyber-attacks, deep fakes, and a wave of social media disinformation wrought fear and desperation across the globe.
The sleeping giant was awake.
Could Ma stop his creation?

Monroe Doctrine Vol. II
Through the cyber-fog of war…
… the National Security adviser had one worry. Would he be able to save the U.S. from defeat? Blain serves at the pleasure of the President. Brought over from the last administration, there were few people more trusted. He knew the biggest threat was the deep fakes.

Monroe Doctrine Vol. III
As the dragon awoke…
…the world came together. Would it be enough to stop China?
WWIII wasn’t what any of the analysts expected. Across the globe, battles raged. Taiwan fell. Fighting continued in the Caribbean and South America. The Russian Far East had invaders, and nobody seemed able to stop this new Red Army. With the world in chaos…
…it was hard to unravel the pieces. Would one U.S. pilot give them hope? On the first day of the war, his F-22 Raptor was shot down over Cuba. Lieutenant Colonel Ian "Racer" Ryan survived, escaped, and now had the Air Force’s 6th generation fighter under him. Would it be enough to outsmart the Chinese AI defences?
Was this the turning point…
…or the end?

Monroe Doctrine Vol. V
Its name was Jade Dragon…
…and it said, “I am the future.”
Had the Chinese government gone too far?
Deep in an underground production facility, far away from prying eyes, President Yao Jintao stood and watched—row after row of machines busily working to build other machines that would fight and destroy their enemies. Killers were creating killers for as far as he could see.
The terror was immediate.
President Yao sensed they’d crossed a line.
Was it too late to turn back?
South Korean and American soldiers stared down their Chinese counterparts along the Yalu River, just like they had 75 years before. With winter on the way and both armies dug in, who might make the first move?
Nobody was prepared for what came next.
Out of the swirling snow and ice, there was movement. Someone was out there, or worse, some thing. Jade Dragon has just launched Project Terracotta, and the world would never be the same.
Would humanity be able to stop the evolution of the machines?

Monroe Doctrine Vol. VII
The walls were closing in…
…time was running out.
The unthinkable had occurred.
As defeats mounted, desperation took hold. Project Terracotta was complete. Jade Dragon now had a body—and an army. All that stood between certain defeat and potential victory was a final decision: one that would alter the course of humanity.
Could the human mind outfox an AI?
Had Jade Dragon truly become unstoppable?
The battle for Taiwan hung on a razor’s edge. NATO scrambled to stop another Dunkirk in the south of the island while the Marines fought for every inch of ground in the north. Had the allies finally bitten off more than they could chew or were these the final death throes of the PLA Army?
A devil’s deal was revealed.
An alliance was destabilized.
The coalition must hold, no matter the costs. The fate of humanity depended on learning from the past, conquering the present, and ensuring the future. A war at all costs couldn’t mean the end of tomorrow. An alternative had to be found.

Monroe Doctrine Vol. VIII
To destroy Jade Dragon’s lair …an unthinkable weapon is unveiled. But had the Allies gone too far?
The Chinese super-AI had achieved its master plan an autonomous robotic army, air force, and navy. As President Yao and the People’s Liberation Army faced defeat on the battlefield, full command of the PLA was handed over to Jade Dragon, which says it can slay the enemies of China to usher in a new dawn of global Chinese hegemony for the 21st century. The robots were coming…
With the Terracotta Killers walking the land, Shadow Dragons and Dark Swords prowling the skies, and Sea Dragons roaming the Yellow Sea, a dystopian science fiction nightmare had become real. Machines now dominated the battlefield… Were these wonder weapons being unveiled too late?
Was Jade Dragon’s robotic army enough to turn the tide?
Every inch of ground was surveyed, monitored, and fought over as man fought machine for survival. Could the arsenals of democracy outproduce China? Could the West outlast the East, or would Jade Dragon pull off the impossible and win the AI war?
With victory or defeat balancing on a razor’s edge, the Allies refused to go quietly into the night. They had a secret technological breakthrough of their own.
Would the ends justify the means if it led to victory or were the unknown risks too big to accept?
President Delgado was about to order the unthinkable…
