Requirements: .ePUB, .MOBI/.AZW reader, 1.0 Mb
Overview: This super-easy and fun meditation book allows you to get started immediately on learning the basics of meditation on the breath. You can start where you are – at work, on vacation, anywhere. Meditation need not be complicated. It’s a very simple process, but so many teachers complicate it with new vocabulary, dozens of rules to follow, many books to read, etc.
None of that is necessary.
I think you’re really going to love this simple religion-free approach to meditation!
If you are looking for a more comprehensive meditation book, the second volume has just been published at Amazon, look for, “Meditation for Beginners – Secrets for Success” also by Vern Lovic.
The author has meditated for over a decade using this simple form of focusing on the breath. The much sought after “Jhana Levels” 1-8 occurred early on within the first year, and continually after that using this very simple system based on what the Buddha did, but without all the extra that followers later added to the process. This is the bare essence of meditation – and it’s more than enough.
The action was physical that Buddha took – not based on religion – so, the author has removed the religion aspect of meditation so you can practice as the Buddha did so successfully.
