Overview: I’ve had a rich life in careers ranging from high-tech to law-enforcement but have always been drawn to writing.
Currently I am a part-time survivalist, gamer, web-designer and post-apocalyptic enthusiast. If I die in a doomsday the rest of you will have already been dead for weeks.
I reside in the chilly north, inside a boobytrapped apartment block with my gadgets, guns and cars while surrounded by the plague-ravaged survivors of a collapsing city.
For fun I sometimes drive to the nearby decommissioned cold war bunker to get inspiration for my stories.

Halfway around the world archaeologists opened a 12,000-year-old tomb and a white light covered the entire planet. Once it was gone so were most of the people. And everyone who was left was cursed to change.
Jeff woke up at his office desk after a night of binge-drinking and can’t tell what’s worse: suddenly being able to use magic in a world gone mad, or, knowing he met the girl of his dreams the day the world ended.
He wasn’t even looking for love anymore; how many times can you get ignored by the cute girl who made your coffee every day, get dissed by a soccer milf, get friendzoned hard by your tomboy crush and have the hot office intern shoot you down. But then Paige appeared, with her pentacle pin and "Kiss Me, I’m Elvish" t-shirt, and suddenly everything changed. Little did Jeff know that the pointy-eared elf DNA he had always been told was just a myth was about to become a reality. And who would have thought that discovering a lost city and opening ancient vaults would wipe away the whole world?
One minute he was a nobody, just trying to make it through the day, and the next he was a survivor with magic powers, fighting in a world full of monsters. Ex-girlfriend? Gone. His scumbag landlord? Turned into a talking toad and then got eaten by a slime monster from the back legs up. Daily commute? There wasn’t even a subway. Lineup for his morning coffee? There wasn’t even a line… or a coffee place.
His sleazeball boss?
Well… that was a story that would take a hot minute to tell.

It’s been two months since they opened a 12,000-year-old tomb and changed the entire world into a magical apocalypse. 999 out of every 1000 people vanished overnight leaving the rest to fend for themselves, or worse: be changed into magical monsters.
Jeff was an office drone when everything changed, and he became one of the few beings capable of fighting the orcs, monsters and demons: a full-on elven wizard. Girls who never noticed him before like the hot barista at the coffee shop and the drop-dead office intern are suddenly his main squeezes. And his evil dipsh*t boss who became an orc warlord suffered a slight case of being crushed to death by the building Jeff dropped on him.
But nothing is ever easy, especially when you’re dating a goblin whose love language is stealing things and an elven sorceress who seems to be ‘heating up’ both magically and in the bedroom. Along with his girls Morgan and Paige, Jeff has settled in as the leader of the community inside a store for semi-disposable Swedish furniture and is contacting other pockets of survivors in the slowly transforming city, starting with ‘Freetown’. With a name like that, it’s gotta be safe, right?
Things aren’t as they seem in Freetown though, and it’s a bad enough place already. Rival gangs are in control and the only one willing to help him is the erotic dancer with a love of snakes who runs the local bar. Jeff’s magical quick draw is the only thing that’ll keep him alive as both sides are gunning for him. On top of that, people keep vanishing into what used to be the high-end underground shopping arcade that the locals now call the ‘Chopping Mall’.
And all that’s before Jeff finds something he never imagined in the Chopping Mall: a secret that could wipe out everyone he loves, along with the entire city.
One thing’s for sure, if he’s going to fix this, Jeff’s gonna need a new set of wheels.
