Overview: Tasha spends so much time daydreaming, envisioning herself in expressive gowns at gala events with handsome men, she can’t see what’s in front of her. It takes encountering other people to wake Tasha up so she can see her co-worker—a handsome, glib salesman pushing her boss into a government coalition he doesn’t like, the beautiful niece of one of Mitch’s contacts, and a cousin of her boss, an unhappy, inept man occasionally hired to do odd jobs he doesn’t like and doesn’t want to do. His anger at the world almost destroys Tasha.
