1. Wolves
In the middle of America, Amy Lewis is on her way to her grandma’s house. She’s being chased by a very bad wolf. Galaxies away Loki is waking up in a prison cell, strangely without a hangover, and with no idea what he’s done wrong — this time anyway. But he does know Thor is hiding something, Odin is up to something wicked, and there seems to be something he’s forgotten…

In this urban fantasy tale a nice midwestern girl and a jaded, mischievous Loki must join forces to outwit gods, elves, magic sniffing cats, and nosy neighbors. If Loki can remember exactly what he’s forgotten and Amy can convince him not to be too distracted by Earthly gadgets, Earthly pleasures, or three day benders, they just might pull it off…

2. Monsters
After being attacked by a serial killer, saved by Loki — so-called God of Mischief, Lies and Chaos — dragged to Alfheim, losing every cent in her bank account, and caring for her grandmother, Amy Lewis has lost her scholarship to veterinary school. But it’s alright. She has a plan. If she manages to keep her day job as a receptionist, and her night job as a vet tech, she may be able to get her scholarship reinstated and save enough money for the dreaded ‘miscellaneous fees.’

Too bad her day boss is unbearable…

Agent Steve Rogers has political aspirations, but when a suitcase nuke turns out to be something much worse and so-called Norse gods start showing up in his life, he has a priority shift.

Meanwhile, Loki’s priorities and plans haven’t changed at all. He wants Asgard to burn. Of course, earthly pleasures can be so distracting.

These three disparate characters have little in common, but they’ll have to join forces to save earth from trolls, wyrms, frost giant invasions, and an old evil growing beneath Chicago’s streets.

3. Chaos
The noose around Loki’s neck is tightening. Gerðr, the frost giantess, wants him dead; Cera, the World Seed, wants his head—literally and figuratively; the FBI wants him in Guantanamo; and an old friend from Asgard wants to bring him home…whether Loki likes it or not.

Things can’t get any worse, but when Loki’s involved, it’s certain they will. In the third chapter of I Bring the Fire, humanity’s demons are unleashed on the Nine Realms and Amy Lewis and Steve Rogers get front row seats. Chaos might be their only hope.

3.5 In the Balance
Chaos can never really be destroyed …

Loki, God of Chaos, gave Amy Lewis all his memories, and one request before he saved the universe. “Remember for me.”

Amy knows Loki will find her, one way or another … eventually. But as the weeks have ticked by she’s lost hope.

Called into the FBI headquarters to identify a magical artifact, she gets the opportunity to find Loki for herself. In doing so, she tips the scales of not one, but two universes, and has to choose for herself what form she wants Chaos to take.

The fate of the Nine Realms is in the balance, and this time it is in Amy’s hands.

4. Fates
The Leader Who Rules Chaos, Rules the Realms…

Two years ago Loki, God of Mischief and Chaos, destroyed a large chunk of Chicago’s financial district and then vanished into thin air. He still has not been found. Odin, ruler of the Nine Realms, is desperate. To find Loki, he sends his son Thor on a dangerous quest to consult the all-seeing Norns. But Thor needs humanity’s help…

Loki’s former lover, veterinarian Amy Lewis, is carrying all of Loki’s memories–but missing some of her own. Hoping to keep Loki from Odin’s machinations, she agrees to help Thor on his journey.

Bohdi Patel’s memory was wiped by Loki’s mischief. He thinks Amy and Thor are both crazy to want anything to do with Loki. But he needs to find his parents, and he’s been told the Norns will answer any question–for a price. When Chaos is the goal, only one thing is certain: Amy and Bohdi are about to get into worlds of mischief.

4.5 The Slip
It’s only been a few days since Veterinarian Amy Lewis escaped Asgard with the FBI’s professional hacker, Bohdi Patel. The escape involved "borrowing" Odin’s magical, world-walking, eight-legged, horse, Sleipnir. Now Odin wants Sleipnir back. FBI Director Steve Rogers doesn’t want Odin getting anything he wants. Amy and Bohdi want to set Sleipnir free. The horse has his own ideas. A story (mostly) from Sleipnir’s point of smell.

5. Warriors
When science meets Chaos, what could go wrong?

Bohdi Patel is keeping the revelation that he is Chaos incarnate a secret, and handling the revelation about as well as one would expect. He’s in a downward spiral: losing his lease, totaling his car, and trying to keep everyone he cares about at arm’s length.

Veterinarian Amy Lewis is wondering what happened to the funny, flirty, curious Bohdi she knew in the land of the Norns. He’s become moody and sometimes cruel. She is definitely glad she didn’t become romantically entangled with him … most of the time.

When tragedy strikes Amy’s beloved mutt Fenrir, and Odin strikes Bohdi’s best friend Steve, they have to work together again. Amy’s knowledge of science, Bohdi’s talents for theft, and both of their survival skills are put to the test. But more than Steve and Fenrir’s lives are at stake. Amy and Bohdi may unlock the key that saves mankind from the gods … or bring about the apocalypse.

6. Ragnarok
Loki vowed Asgard would burn. Bohdi Patel, latest incarnation of Chaos, wants nothing to do with Loki’s psychotic oath. Stranded on the icy world of Jotunheim with Amy Lewis, his friend Steve Rogers, and an unlikely band of civilians, magical beings, and elite military, Bohdi just wants to keep himself and his friends alive … but when you’re Chaos incarnate, even the simplest goals are complicated. If Jotunheim doesn’t kill them, Odin will, and if Odin doesn’t, the secrets they harbor might.

6.5 The Fire Bringers
300 years after the fall of Odin, some things have changed. Some things are still the same. A short story featuring Amy, Bohdi, Steve, Loki, Eisa and other special guests.

Someday My Count Will Come
A short story that takes place just before the events in Wolves, and ends during Monsters.

Dare is an ancient Night Elf (please don’t call him a vampire!) keeping secrets from his own kind and seeking a Night Elf that has gone renegade. Penny is only twenty-four, seeking her lost sister, and hiding a secret as well. To save themselves, and save Dare’s people, they might have to risk letting their secrets go.

This story was originally released in an anthology called Vampires of the Caribbean.
