kDira’s World Anthology: kDira’s World Chronicles (1-3) by K.R. McClellan
Requirements: ePUB / MOBI Reader, 2.2MB
Overview: Somewhere in the course of my life I set some goals that I felt if I could accomplish these goals I would have done something in my life. One of those goals was to write a book. I accomplished that goal in 2014 with the publication of my first book, Rust. Rust was a short story loosely based on my daughter and some of the trials young girls face in their formative years.
Three years later I published my second book, Nora’s Ark. A Novella in length, it was at the time my crowning achievement in writing. Nora’s Ark was a story that was 11 years in the making, a story that I had start to finish in my head since 2006. When I first got the idea I began frantically writing the book on an old computer. I managed to get a whole chapter and a half when I lost steam, and the book sat untouched for 11 years. It wasn’t until April of 2017 that I got enough courage to actually sit down and FINISH Nora’s Ark.
Genre: Fiction > Sci-Fi/Fantasy, Dystopian, Post-Apocalyptic
#1 – kDira’s World
What would you do?
When her tribe is all but wiped out by the blood thirsty Karn, kDira has to make a decision. She could take the few remaining survivors and go into hiding, or she could turn those survivors into an army and kick butt. kDira is not one to run away.
Sometimes when reality is thrust upon you, you have to create your own path and follow it to the end. More than one hundred years after the apocalyptic events that wiped out most of humanity and erased the technology it once had, the few remaining tribes were fighting for survival, and to keep the one possession critical to ensure the tribes lived on. What could that be?
#2 – Hayden’s Curse
Some enemies come from foreign lands, some come from much closer to home, but the hardest ones to face are those that come from within. When Hayden was removed from this world, he left behind a gift for kDira. This gift would prove to be a curse of the most diabolical kind.
The prophecies warned her. The ancient scrolls spoke of the male child, and the betrayal he would orchestrate. “Betray the world,” the texts warned, but what could that mean? kDira, Agis, and young Winter would find out, and the treachery would forever change the course of humanity.
#3 – Winter’s Reign
When a nuclear meltdown forces kDira and the Blackhorn westward in search of a new place to call home, they could not imagine the hardships that would await them.
When they meet the Ravengard, it all sounds too good to be true. The Queen of the Ravengard rules her kingdom, and now the Blackhorn, with an iron fist. Will kDira put up with it and submit to becoming Ravengard herself?
Adversity produces new leaders and new heroes. But some may not survive to discover how it all turns out. Will you?
