1. Judge Roth’s Law
Judge Al Roth has everything going for him–great job, loyal friends, and a beautiful woman who loves him. When a congressman threatens to expose a murder Roth helped commit when he was stationed in Cold War Germany, he stands to lose everything. Roth instinctively turns to Jake Gertner, his boyhood friend in Detroit, who’ll do anything for him. But Jake has his own problems. Unless Roth can find a way of manipulating a murder trial, Jake will get whacked by the mob himself.
2. Abate the Nuisance
When attorney Arnold Goldman threatens to take down Judge Roth and Jake, Roth crafts a plan to “abate the nuisance.” But Roth learns that Goldman put a letter in his safe deposit box, saying, “If I ever show up dead somewhere, Judge Roth had Jake Gertner kill me.” This will be Roth’s most complicated plan yet.

3. Kidnapping A Kidnapper
The kidnappers think it’ll be an easy score. Asher Burns is a wealthy guy and they’re not worried about his daughter Linda. They figure she’ll do anything to get him back. But there’s a fateful miscalculation in their plan. She is Judge Roth’s wife! And unknown to them, he’s a former street fighter who doesn’t play be the rules. Taking the law into his own hands, Roth vows to not only get Burns back but to make the kidnappers pay.
