Overview: He would love to look like Bogart, he unsheathed the Mr Hulot. Greedy and dreamy, distracted and tender, fearful but courageous, Jérôme Bloche is best, casually, very smart.

Jerome is a young private detective who, with the help of his girlfriend stewardess Babette, unravels the lives and puzzles. The search for truth is the only engine, it does not make moral judgments. It does not deliver consistently the culprit to the police. The bill is fairly standard and complies with (almost) the three unities (plot, location and duration). The stories are completely integrated into the modern era. The universe that surrounds the stories is as important as the story itself. Jerome lives in the neighborhood, his friends or his girlfriend, form a homogeneous group which builds progressively albums. Each book takes the reader to discover new characters whose two heroes try to understand the lives to discover the explanation of the enigma.

Jerome K. Jérôme Bloche: Private detective, he is passionate about everything concerning police investigations. He collects tapes of police car sirens of the world as it brings Babette. As a child, he always chose the police car on the ride of the park maintained by Mr. Josine. He took courses by correspondence detective CFFP, under the direction of Professor House.

He likes to get into his apartment through the window through the building next door to him and roofs. He lives in Paris. First, at 39 rue des Orteaux in the twentieth arrondissement and from Volume 6, near Montmartre at 39 rue Francoeur in the eighteenth arrondissement. The metro station near his home is Lamarck Caulaincourt (line 12). His apartment is on the top floor of the building. It does not support alcohol and prefers to take a lemon without water and sugar. He always wears a raincoat and a hat.
