International Relations among Communists by Robert H. McNeal
Requirements: .PDF reader, 4.4 Mb
Overview: As long as there have been nations there have been relations among
them, but international relations among Communist parties and states
have developed only recently. In embryo this category of international
relations existed when the first network of fairly well organized socialist parties emerged about a century ago. But its mature form appeared only around the end of the Second World War, when a series of new Communist states were established alongside the Soviet Union, and the full flowering of the drama and difficulty inherent in international relations among Communists has occurred only in the last few years, the period of the Sino-Soviet dispute, among other problems.
