If you happen to wake up stark naked in a pentagram in an unknown world unable to even remember your name, who you are, or where you come from, that’s just too bad. The fact that this world is ruled by a merciless control system that sets the rules of this deadly game, doesn’t help either. But that’s exactly the situation faced by the hero of this story.
And if that weren’t bizarre enough, he finds that he is expected to descend into the depths of a dungeon over and over again. The gold that can buy his ticket back to the surface lies hidden in corridors behind magical traps, and is guarded by hordes of hideous creatures.
Allies, who are more dangerous to their friends than their foes, a supposedly cursed sword with more lust for him than for battle, and a dungeon that has never allowed an intruder to escape alive, promise to make things very… interesting.
But in the end, you only have three lives, so he has no choice but to accept the challenge: He’s only at level 1, and he needs the gold.
