Overview: Martha Carr; Okay, I’m a late bloomer who’s a big DC comics fan and spent my childhood summers on the Jersey shore in the U.S. but have had a weird wanderlust to live in different parts of America ever since. That’s enough about me. Need to feel inspired today? Looking for something to make you root for an ordinary hero? I’m all about that in everything I write.
Michael Anderle (ok, weird talking about myself in the 3rd person) (1967-Hopefully a long time from NOW) was born in Houston, Tx. A very curious child, he got into trouble – a lot. What to do with an inquisitive mind when he was grounded? Read! Ok, done with all of that 3rd person stuff. In the first 20 years, I mostly read Science Fiction and Fantasy. In the last 10 years I have enjoyed Urban Fantasy and Military Fiction. With this background, I’ve been blessed with creating The Kurtherian Gambit series, a well-selling, and fan loved, collection of stories. The fans have propelled these stories beyond my wildest imagination and they should get all of the credit for sharing with friends, family and occasionally the random person on the street. They are fantastic!
Genre: Paranormal & Urban Fantasy
Dead In Plain Sight (#4)
Shay Carson’s rep as a tomb raider grows, along with her list of new friends. The former killer for hire has managed to figure out what a life looks like without killing off her inner circle. But a teenage elf may upend all of it.
New adventures across France hunting for the lost hunting for the scepter of Dagobert protected by dark magic or finding the answers to a broken piece of machinery that’s 300 million years old. Not your typical day job. Shay is not your typical woman… just ask Brownstone.
Tomb Raiding PHD (#5)
What do you do when someone threatens your man? If his name is Brownstone, you can take the easy way out and just tell him. He’ll take care of the rest.
But if you’re Shay Carson, archaeologist of magic and history, you take care of it, permanently. It’s her specialty.
In a surprising twist, Shay’s turned out to be teachable and is taking along Lily, a Gray Elf to help her settle the score, while Peyton, her IT specialist with a love of costumes and pizza has her back.
Seems like this tomb raider has built herself a family and a life. Now she just has to figure out how to hold onto it all and stay alive. For Shay, that’s where the fun begins in a world that operates on magic, guns, and still loves money.
Tomb Raider Emeritus (#6)
Shay Carson has a secret. Not all aliens are Oricerans. Turns out there’s been more than one kind of portal to Earth. But having just enough information to know you’re in trouble is the best way to get yourself killed.
That’s alright, Shay can take care of business, order pizza and keep her head on a swivel, looking for trouble. She’s a tomb raider and a professor with a dark past and a new family to protect. James Brownstone wanted to keep it simple… He never saw Shay Carson coming.
She brings her own brand of trouble to the table.
