Overview: Every full moon a person is selected as a human meal to appease the neighbouring beast in order to prevent it from attacking the kingdom. Those chosen are bestowed with honour and their names recorded for posterity. However the gruesome task of sending people to their agonising deaths soon takes its toll and the Queen has a crisis of conscience which results in her volunteering herself as the next sacrifice. She soon realises that the beast can speak and possesses human intelligence so befriends the monster in the hope to avoid being eaten alive. The beast soon realises she is no ordinary offering misconstruing her intentions to that of a sexual nature. Will the Queen be able to end the slaughter of her people and save her kingdom?
