Overview: Hi, I’m Perry Wilson and I’ve written more than 30 novels under the name P A Wilson.
Like most writers, I love to read and as I worked my way from the Science Fiction masters in my teens through to the gritty mysteries and thrillers of my more cynical age today, I learned how the greats told stories.
When I plan a book, I find the ideas form around the central character. I like them quirky and a bit cheeky. My imagination runs freely through genres. I currently write Mystery/Thrillers, Science Fiction, and Urban Fantasy, but I have a backlist in Fantasy and a few Romances out there.
I like to get into the heads of my villains and find out why they do what they do. Yes, my characters take on their own life at some point. I’ve even been lucky enough to have a character change the entire story for me.
