Overview: What if Alaskan’s could re-vote for Statehood?

A highly decorated combat veteran, Captain Clay B Jefferson, who serves with U.S. Army Special Forces and the elite Delta Forces, has been recently assigned to the CIA and FBI to work as an undercover operative. From the Village of Minto, Alaska, Clay is half-Athabaskan Indian and half-White and is brought back to his home state to work undercover inside the Alaskan Militia, known as the Alaska Defense Force.

Reports of a rogue unit inside the ADF, known as the “Freedom for Alaska Militia”, a force of 120 veterans, is about to stir up trouble and the U.S. Government wants to know what is happening within the borders of Alaska and how dangerous this splinter outfit might be.

The authorized Alaska Defense Force is on hand to support the Alaska Army National Guard in times of emergency and has gained a good reputation and currently numbers over 1500 personnel, spread across the state. But in Fairbanks, this rogue unit, consisting of all combat veterans, is led by a Colonel, who has designs on becoming the first President of Alaska. He plans on staging an attack on a military installation in the middle of Alaska and now has in his possession an atom bomb. The date for the attack is on July 4th, when the USAF aerial demonstration team, “The Thunderbirds”, is set to perform.

The Freedom For Alaska Militia” group believes the 1959 election for Alaska Statehood was conducted illegally, and holding 500 hostages, and with the atom bomb to help them, they desire the United Nations to bring about to void the first statehood election and bring about a 2nd legally conducted statehood election. But, unbeknown to everyone else, the Colonel is working in conjunction with a foreign power, who provided the nuclear bomb.
