Overview: Emma Moretti is a fighter. Left with a case of PTSD after a brutal assault, she fights her demons on a daily basis, despite having carved a safe, small town life for herself. Left with more questions than answers, the detectives from both locales work together to find the killer. It soon becomes obvious that the grandfather was collateral damage to whatever the grandson had been involved in. Emma is caught in the middle as it’s assumed she knows more than she’s shared with the police.
When a dead pigeon is found on her doorstep, it appears the killer thinks she knows more as well. Will she be able to step out of her comfort zone and help find the killer? Or will she become his next victim?
