Overview: In 1984 sixteen year old Nelson follows the advice of a mysterious stranger and sneaks a note into a time capsule that is to be buried at his school. The note is a request to be taken to the future once time travel has been developed. Years later, just as his mundane life is about to come to a sudden and violent end, the prophesy of the note is fulfilled and he finds himself rescued by Flip – a time traveller from the 36th century.
To Flip’s horror when he returns home to the 36th century the timeline is in ruins. The world he knows no longer exists, instead replaced by a strange alternative civilisation. Following obscure clues left by an unseen benefactor Flip and Nelson zip about through time in an attempt to unravel the mystery and restore the timeline, only to find the more they dabble with time the worse things become. Timeline changes and paradoxes twist and turn around each into an ever tightening ball until the whole thing explodes into total chaos.
