Overview: The travelers prevailed in fighting the Queen’s assassins led by the dark spirit-filled Silva on Splendor. Still, Silva was able to steal away five children to the Mistress Moon. The travelers quickly organize and journey on board the AI-driven spaceship Lizzy to the Mistress Moon to rescue the kidnapped children of Splendor.
Above Splendor, a heroic space battle between the Captains of the Queen’s Lance and the Queen’s Sword is fought. These two steam-driven iron ships conduct a dance of death, giving and taking until each ship and its crews are gravely stricken.
Spacers and Marines fight this great battle. Fighting in their air suits hand to hand with no mercy given. Treachery and courage were to be found on both fighting ships as their crew’s battle for their Captains, and their own survival.
On the Mistress Moon, the travelers surprisingly find the home of the giants, who are the last of the Nephilim from Earth’s far past found in the book of the Biblical Genesis. The Nephilim were a race that came to dominate the antediluvian (pre-flood) world.
The secrets of the giants are revealed to the travelers during their rescue mission on the Mistress Moon. The travelers pursue a bond with the giants, one based on mutual need. Together the travelers and giants join to defeat Silva’s plans for the destruction of humankind and giants alike.
