Overview: Boyd Craven Jr was born in Flint, Michigan, USA on December 7, 1957. He grew up in a close, country, family environment in Grand Blanc, MI. At 18, he followed his father’s footsteps into a career with General Motors there where he worked for 30 years and 2 days.
Upon retiring at 48 years old, he rediscovered the love for gardening his parents had taught him, raises his own food as much as is practical and enjoys teaching others to do the same. He founded The Urban Rabbit Project to teach others how to add a meat section to their garden, no matter where they live. He published his first book in Kindle Direct Publishing in November 2012 titled "Backyard Meat Rabbits" and discovered that he loves writing too. So, here he is, trying to become a great story teller, by studying daily some of the best ones out there. He can think of no better way to spend the rest of his days, enjoying his retirement!

3. The Rise of Walsanto
As the population of Earth climbs towards 10 billion people, feeding them all will become even more of a challenge. Scientists may have the answer, but there’s a quiet, undeclared war being waged between the United States and China to determine and ultimately control the key to survival, the future of food.
The Rise of Walsanto is a thought-provoking techno-thriller about genetic experimentation, corporate greed, government conspiracy, and their effect on humanity. From the imagination of Boyd Craven, Jr. appears the story, but every bit of the science depicted is based on reality, as are its obvious warnings. What a terrifying reality this would be, but it’s not really happening right now. Or is it?

4. Hannah
After a genetic blunder by Walsanto Seeds and the United States Government leads to livestock deformities and sterilization in THE RISE OF WALSANTO, the first human birth occurs with the same problem:
“So, if birds and animals can get it, people can too, right?” Terry asks.
“That’s our theory, yes. There’s living proof of it, right there,” I tell him, pointing at Scott.
Terry’s head drops. A tear runs down his cheek. “So because some asshole put something in our food, without telling us, this happens to our baby?” He begins to really cry now. “How is anyone supposed to know what food is safe and what food isn’t? This has to be illegal!” he cries.
“Actually Terry, it’s not,” I tell him.
