I owe these fox shifters my life: strong guardian Demik, cunning gambler Mej, eager student Komu, and Ondrog, the lone wolf who joins our cause. Now they want something from me. The shifters are almost gone, swept aside by a human stampede pouring into the northland for the Klondike Gold Rush. Silver fox shifters like me could be the last hope to save their people.
Could there really still be a silver fox clan in the Yukon? Do the five of us have any chance at finding them?
Surely we will … if only I can remember the way. If not, it might take a miracle from Earth Mother herself to find my family before human invaders have taken all that’s left.
