Overview: My name is Ashley Jacobs. I insist on being called Ash instead. I come from a long line of hunters and it is our sworn duty to exterminate the monsters that lurk in the shadows.
Derek Jones is new to Laurel Springs. And I want to stab him with something sharp and jagged even before I find out he is my mortal enemy. I despise him nearly as much as I despise my first name and ironically it has very little to do with him being a Phoenix. He’s an arrogant, smug, infuriating jerk.
So when I am forced to coexist alongside him it takes every ounce of self-restraint that I possess not to stab him in his throat… which would silence his snarky comments quite nicely. I’m not normally so violent, but truly he brings out the worst in me.
