Overview: And on that farm he had a. . .monster?
Jeric knew three things when he arrived at Farrington Farms. One, he didn’t know how he got there. Two, he didn’t know who the Farringtons were. Three, he didn’t know who he was. It all added up to a disaster, especially when the farm’s owner tasked him with getting the run-down farm up and going. It was an impossible task, considering the state of the place, but Jeric quickly discovers that quitting isn’t an option, thanks to an invisible barrier that prevents him from leaving.
There are more problems than his lacking background, or the barrier making him a prisoner on the farm. There’s a computer in his room that offers him quests, a stat sheet, and a number of other pages that reveal themselves as Jeric progresses the farm. Over the days, he finds that the work isn’t so bad, and the Farringtons are pretty nice. Eventually, he starts to forget about his foggy past, right until he discovers that there’s a dungeon at Farrington Farms.
Each day gets crazier than the last. In the beginning, Jeric was trying to get grapes to grow, since the farm used to be a vineyard. Now, he’s running the dungeon to earn extra money, which the farm, and the Farringtons, desperately need. One minute he’s completing a quest to build a chicken coop. The next, he’s protecting that same coop from a zombie that escaped the dungeon. Despite it all, he’s having a good time, even though he can’t figure out how he got there.
