Overview: One mistake as a child was all it took for Arya’s life to become a nightmare. After having her seal skin taken from her, the King of the humans offered Arya a deal. If she killed the King of the fae he would grant her freedom and her skin. Unbeknownst to him, Arya had no intentions of killing the King. Sent to Ilmari as a human ambassador, Arya soon finds safety within friends, and conspirators to help her return to Selkie culture. Arya is not to be so easily saved however. War is on the horizon, and she is the one thing the King of the humans refuses to part with.
