Overview: Ashleigh Farr Pate was born in Newnan, Georgia. She is a wife, a mother of two, and a stepmother of one. She loves writing. her writing began as a coping mechanism to deal with the death of her beloved grandfather she called Pa. He was like a father to her because he raised her from the time she was an infant until he passed away when she was 11. He had passed five years before she started writing.
