Cargo of Coffins
If Lars Marlin had three wishes, two have already been granted: he has escaped from Devil’s Island … and he has come face to face with the man who put him there—Paco Corvino. But the third wish—putting a bullet in Corvino—will have to wait. Now the two are off to sea serving on a luxury yacht.
Corvino is a convict, con-man and killer who has schemed his way into a position as chief steward on a yacht sailing out of Rio de Janeiro. And, in a twist as devious as it is diabolical, he’s managed to install Lars—his hated rival—as captain of the very same vessel. And there are even darker twists to come….
Lars is determined to find out what Corvino has up his sleeve and what killer cargo he’s hiding on board. But the yacht owner’s daughter proves to be a beautiful—and dangerous—distraction. Will Lars be safe in her arms or is she part of Corvino’s plot—a deadly trap set with honey?

Dead Men Kill

Hurricane
Wrongfully accused, Spar has been condemned to suffer the brutality of the guards and the conditions on Devil’s Island. But they haven’t broken his will, and now, escaping, he has one mission in life: revenge. Spar’s out to kill the man who put him into the devil’s hands. But he’ll have to take on a gallery of rogues who are as treacherous as the waters of the Caribbean.
Pressure is rising and a storm is brewing. But even in the face of a natural disaster, Spar discovers that nothing is more volatile than human nature—as temptation and danger are about to collide with Hurricane force.

Loot of the Shanung
A one hundred grand reward for the return of billionaire George Rockham is more than enough to turn Shanghai newspaperman Jimmy Vance’s head. Throw in the gorgeous dame who’s offering the reward—Rockham’s daughter Virginia—and he might lose his head altogether. As fast-talking as Jimmy Stewart in The Philadelphia Story, Vance jumps at the chance to get what could be the biggest story of his life . . . if he lives to tell it.

Mouthpiece
It had been a long time since Mat Lawrence went to the city. Only something urgent could take him from his job deep in the desert managing construction of a mammoth power dam . . . something as urgent and shocking as the grisly murder of his father. His father dying wasn’t a complete surprise to him; the old man was a big-time gangster. Straight-laced and hard-working, Mat had wanted nothing to do with such vices. But he does share at least one family trait, a temper that propels him to exact revenge in the traditional family style. And so, with the "help" of his father’s fast-talking criminal attorney, Mat goes after the culprits. But bullets, lies and bedlam follow when he finds himself neck-deep in trouble trying to single-handedly track down his father’s killers and a million dollars gone missing. ALSO INCLUDES THE MYSTERY STORIES "FLAME CITY," "CALLING SQUAD CARS" AND "THE GREASE SPOT"

Spy Killer
This classic 1936 Hubbard tale takes listeners to pre-Communist China where a man named Kurt Reid has fled murder charges only to find himself thrust into the exotic world of foreign espionage.

The Carnival of Death
Even the seamy underside of the city of angels pales in comparison to the freak show found by undercover U.S. narcotics agent Bob Clark in The Carnival of Death.
Clark’s investigation begins with cocaine and leads to cold-blooded murder—the discovery of one, and then another, headless corpse. Who is behind the slaughter? Are the killings tied to the drug traffic? Or is a deeper, darker, and even more sinister conspiracy unfolding in the carnival?
There are plenty of distractions—bright lights and beautiful girls—but Clark better find the murderers of the midway fast. Because the next head that rolls could very well be his own.

The Chee-Chalker
In Ketchikan, Alaska, FBI agent Bill Norton discovers an heiress to a bankrupt fishing fleet, a missing G-man and a string of corpses dismissed as "accidental drownings" . . . all leading him to a murderous heroin smuggling ring.

The End is Not Yet (ed. Jerry eBooks 2019)
In a dangerous post-atomic world, a conspiracy to provoke a nuclear war between the superpowers is opposed, and ultimately defeated, by a coalition of nuclear scientist led by Charles Martel and his closest allies, his own son, and Le Chat a Faim (the Cat Is Hungry), the writer and adventurer who tells the story.

The Ghoul (ed. Jerry eBooks 2019)
A maladroit bellhop opens a truck left by a mysterious turbaned guest, but finds it empty. And then the voices begin…

The Slickers
Tex Larimee, a grizzled sheriff, leaving the deserts of Cactus County, Arizona, behind and blazing a trail east to mix it up with The Slickers in the canyons of New York—a trail later followed by Clint Eastwood in Coogan’s Bluff. Robbed of his cash, gun and badge, and accused of murdering his best friend, Tex’s welcome to the city is a rude one. But he’s got a few tricks of his own up his sleeve—and in his recovered Colt .45—to make even the toughest of city birds sing a different tune.
