Requirements: .CBR/.CBZ reader, 52.6MB
Overview: Welcome to the 21st century envisioned in 1939. A retro-futuristic world where zeppelins and flying wings grace the skies above Yesterday’s City of Tomorrow. A city where aircars and autogyros flit between mile-high skyscrapers and monorails shuttle the blissful populace to their ultra-modern workplaces in the morning and their automated domiciles at night, to be attended to by dutiful robotic servants. Welcome to Electropolis.
Electropolis was written and illustrated by Dean Motter. This was the first time he has tackled both script and art chores on a series since his celebrated prestige mini-series The Prisoner for DC Comics in 1989. Motter enjoys a following by those who remember his independent comic book sensation, Mister X and the highly acclaimed Terminal City and Terminal City: Aerial Graffiti series for Vertigo/DC Comics in the 1990s. Electropolis continues his explorations in the unique genre he created in these books.
