Overview: Theda is an odd woman who grew up in an Orphage with her best friend, Mercedes. Well, one day Hell kind of errupted and now demons have taken over. Angels have come down to try and help. Theda is some kind of demon magnet. When the girls are out getting supplies, they get attacked by demons. Angels come down to save them because Mercedes has been given a Guardian Angel, Galen.
Theda has a weird attraction to him, and is upset thinking he is doing something to make her feel that way. The girls are taken to an angel safe compound where they get to live as if demons aren’t outside trying to get in. Theda meets Zach, and starts learning self defence with him, while also trying to avoid Galen even when she doesn’t want to. Theda and Galen have an encounter which activates her teleportation ability. Theda overhears Galen being really mean and calling her a “nobody” so she teleports herself back to the underground station she and Mercedes were staying at. She tries to get out of the city, but is taken by a Fallen Angel who seems to know exactly who she is. She starts going through some kind of transition all while Mercedes makes Galen go look for Theda.
Turns out Theda is the Grim Reaper’s daughter. She’s also Galen’s soul mate. All leading up to them bonding and saving Theda. He finding out more about herself, and them being tasked with finding the missing Grim Reaper.
