The story based on the universe of video game of the same name, follows the story of Jacob, a fugitive from the city of Staalbreak, his homeland.

Guided by the vision of an ancient prophet and pursued by his childhood friend, he goes in search of the sword of Tyrael, an archangel, located in the Northwest, in a desert. When he arrives at his destination, he remembers… his family, Ivan, the death of his mother…

The story is dark. It incorporates all the ingredients of a great and interesting plot to make you want to know the following issue 2 : the cruelty and the madness of a father, the barbarians, the death, a quest.

Even if you are unfamiliar with Diablo universe, it is easy to follow.. It is worth purchasing.
