Overview: The world has not been kind to Thomas.
At the pinnacle of humanity’s achievements, the Solarium Dominion conquered the known world. Its leaders, wearied and aged by relentless warfare, sought unnatural means to maintain their grip on power. Delving into forbidden arts—ancient magic, demonic sorcery, the dark craft of curses—they forged pacts with demons, sacrificing their own souls for unholy strength. Thus, the once noble rulers transformed into the Cult of the Crimson Moon.
Empowered by infernal forces, the cultists conducted dark rituals and sacrifices across the globe. With each ceremony, their might grew—gaining superhuman abilities and wielding powers that defied the natural order.
Against this backdrop, Thomas, a Knight of Order serving under the banner of the Church of Light, fought as a Templar in the Pope’s name. A mere mortal in an unending war against the cult, he bled not for glory or personal gain, but to purge corruption from the world.
However, as decades passed, corruption began to fester within him. A sinister “gift” from a cultist bestowed upon Thomas, a cursed power—prolonging his fight and amplifying his pain. He endured while watching his fellow knights fall one by one and witnessing the very Church he served succumb to decay. His faith wavered; prayers to the Light went unanswered.
Upon his death, instead of salvation, Thomas was condemned to Hell, transformed into a demon among its tormented denizens. But defying his grim fate, he escaped before crossing Hell’s gate, returning to the living world not as a mere mortal, but as something entirely different.
If the Light would not heed the pleas of its faithful, then Thomas would. Embracing his demonic form, he offers a pact of vengeance—a chance for the abandoned to fight darkness with darkness.
Torn between the remnants of his humanity and the corruption threatening to consume him, he embarks on a harrowing journey. Will he succumb to the very darkness he once battled, or become the beacon of justice that the Light failed to provide?
