Overview: Bobby Griffin is taken to a secret government prison when his science fair project proves beyond a reasonable doubt that U.S. Senator Frank Forbes is guilty of murder. When he arrives at Long Wait Prison, Bobby is forced to develop and weaponize his Enhanced Criminal Proclivity Assessment Program (ECPAP) under the auspices of the Federal Government.
