Requirements: 7.0 & up + Substratum Theme Engine + Root
Overview: You must have a ROM that has support for OMS for this theme to work.You must also be rooted or Stock Oreo Rom and have the Substratum installed (get it here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=projekt.substratum).
Supported Devices on Stable Stock OREO ROM are :-

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1 – Download and Open the Theme
2 – Open Substratum app
3 – Click on Dark Material OOS
4 – Inside Dark Material you can click on the overlays that you would like to install (keep in mind that some apps, mainly Android system, have different variants that you can choose)
5 – Click the floating button down the bottom and select Install
6 – Once that finishes compiling/installing with no errors, Restart your Device
7 – Enjoy
