Overview: It is a hot, sultry night at Pemberley and Darcy and Lizzy enjoy a hot night of passion. Afterwards, Lizzy tells Darcy he was not her first experience of love and tells him about her brief liaison with Tess in a barn near Longbourn. Darcy then tells Lizzy about his first time, arranged by his father. Neither, it seems, have been able to forget that first experience of physical love.
Lizzy then visits Lydia who tells her that she was already experienced in the ways of love before her marriage. On her wedding night, Mr Wickham introduced her to something new to her. She tells Lizzy all the details and Lizzy finds herself intrigued. On the way back to Pemberley she wonders if it is something she and Mr Darcy should try. She visits Jane too but discovers that Jane’s married life with Mr Bingley is of a very vanilla flavour indeed.
She hurries back to Pemberley hoping to persuade Mr Darcy to experiment with her in the bed chamber. Mr Darcy is away on business until the next day.
The next morning, he returns (after she has ejected Mr and Mrs Collins). Alone at last she invites him to their bed chamber. She readies herself for his love. Then she asks him to have a dish of butter sent up, which will be necessary for the act she has in mind. Seeing her on the bed, in that particular position fills Mr Darcy with a certain desire, one which matches her desire exactly. He makes use of the butter and they enjoy wonderful intimacy in a way that is new to them both.
Afterwards, as they lie in bed together, Lizzy asks Darcy if she can reciprocate on him…
